2010 sidekick makes move from cyberspace

VANCOUVER - For the last year, little Mukmuk has existed only in cyberspace
as a virtual sidekick to the three 2010 Olympic and Paralympic mascots -
Quatchi, Miga and Sumi.
But no more. Mukmuk, the Vancouver Island marmot, is being freed today with his own line of merchandise, including plush toys, pins, T-shirts and the orange and blue toque the character wears online.

What is the Pacific Pin Club?
The Pacific Pin Club is Western Canada's premiere organization for lapel pin collectors and traders. Founded in 1986, the Club is entering its 25th year of generating awareness and interest in pin collecting and promoting the hobby in British Columbia, across Canada and around the World.
